This does really give you better gas mileage.

I put this in my 2000 Mustang GT and I didnt really notice much of a difference. I don't have access to a dyno so I really can't tell you if it imporved my power at all. I can say it was very easy to install but if you have an aftermarket cold air intake it might fit a little tighter. I have a JLT CAI and it still fits but with the poweraid spacer it was a little be tighter. I recommend this if you have the money but it is a little expensive for what it might or might not do.
